Service Description
If you wish to have a Botox treatment you must first attend a free medical consultation to ensure suitability. Botox is a prescription only medication and will need to be prescribed following a thorough medical consultation with Laura, an Independent Nurse Prescriber. Soften lines and wrinkles and achieve a fresh faced, youthful looking you! Same day consultation and treatment option available. AVAILABLE AREAS: Crows feet ('smile lines' around the eyes) or the Glabella area (frown lines). PLEASE NOTE that if the forehead lines are to be treated they can not be treated as 'one area' and must be treated in conjunction with the 'frown' area (minimum of 2 areas required).
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment then please contact me prior to your appointment, within plenty of time (at least 24 hours), or you will lose your booking fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not informed me (no-shows!) you will lose your booking fee and any future bookings you make will be automatically cancelled.
