Service Description
If you wish to have a Botox treatment you must first attend a free medical consultation to ensure suitability. Botox is a prescription only medication and will need to be prescribed following a thorough medical consultation with Laura, an Independent Nurse Prescriber. Same day treatment and consultation appointments available. AREAS AVAILABLE TO TREAT: Crows feet ('smile lines' around the eyes) & the Glabella complex (frown lines) or the frown & forehead lines. Please note that forehead lines can not be treated as one area and would need to be treated in conjunction with the frown lines.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment then please contact me prior to your appointment, within plenty of time (at least 24 hours), or you will lose your booking fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not informed me (no-shows!) you will lose your booking fee and any future bookings you make will be automatically cancelled.
