Service Description
Botox is a prescription only medication and will need to be prescribed following a medical consultation with Laura, an Independent Nurse Prescriber. If you wish to book a treatment appointment you DO NOT need to book a separate consultation as there is enough time built into the treatment time for your consultation. If you wish to book a separate consultation to have a general discussion about what the treatment entails or to discuss a specific medical issue/suitability before booking treatment this can be done via telephone, please message 07581112899 to book a call. Should you require a face to face consultation this can be booked online for a fee.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment then please contact me prior to your appointment, within plenty of time (at least 24 hours), or you will lose your booking fee. If you do not attend your appointment and have not informed me (no-shows!) you will lose your booking fee and any future bookings you make will be automatically cancelled.
