COVID-19

Please follow the guidelines below when attending your appointment

CLINIC ARRIVAL

  • Please arrive ON TIME for your appointment.

  • Please do not arrive early as I will be with another client. We need to avoid crossing paths, whilst also giving me enough time to clean and sanitise after every client has left.

  • Equally, please do not arrive late as this will impact on all other appointments/timings. 

  • If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be cancelled & you will need to rebook.

  • Text me when you have arrived and then WAIT IN YOUR CAR until I have confirmed that it is safe for you to come in.

  • Arrive wearing a face mask and sanitise at the door on arrival. 

  • Please download the 'NHS COVID-19' app and 'check in' when you arrive by scanning my unique clinic barcode.

  • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will have all future appointments automatically cancelled, your booking fee will also be lost.

WELLNESS

 

  • Please cancel your appointment in plenty of time if you are unable to attend. You will receive a reminder appointment 24 hours before your appointment. By attending you are confirming that you are fit and well enough to attend.

  • Although there is NO EVIDENCE and no actual 'window of safety' when it comes to the Covid vaccine and your treatment it is advisable to wait 2 weeks pre and post vaccine (as per any other vaccines), as some people can become unwell. Please message me if you are unsure. 

  • If you are unwell DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

  • Please complete the Forms you are sent (via email) before your appointment. 

RESTRICTIONS

  • Come to your appointment  ALONE.

  • Bring with you the ESSENTIALS ONLY (car keys/purse/phone).

  • If you have travelled overseas or attended an event you must wait 15 days before making an appointment.

  • Access to the clinic will be modified. 

FACE MASKS

  • As per government guidelines please wear a face covering when you arrive for your appointment. This must cover your nose and mouth. Obviously, I am aware this may feel a little pointless if we will be in close proximity while i'm doing your lip filler but during the procedure I will be wearing the PPE to protect us both and taking the necessary precautions to keep us both safe.

  • If you are a Botox client, you will be required to wear a face mask throughout the entirety of your appointment.
